Q.) When did you first create this site? A.) The original site opened on October 10th, 2005. Q.) How many more movies are you planning on making? A.) 635,293. Q.) How come it takes you so long to make movies? A.) You try it. Q.) What kind of equipment do you use? A.) For all filming from 2005 to 2006, I use my trusty Sony DCR-TRV33 MiniDV Camcorder. This year for 2007, I use my expensive ass Canon XL2 3CCD MiniDV Camcorder for filming. For editing and special effects I use Sony Vegas 7.0. Q.) How come Brodie always makes cameos in your movies? A.) He's just there. Q.) Are you planning on making any "serious" skits? A.) No. Q.) Roast beef? A.) Sure. Q.) What inspired you to make your short films? A.) The movies Clerks, Mallrats, Cky, and Haggard. Q.) Any ideas for a TV show of any sort? A.) It would be cool as hell, but highly unlikely. Q.) What video was the hardest to make? A.) Either Medieval Madness for the horrible choreography or Gage & Gentry's Christmas Story for filming the million different camera angles with only one camera. Q.) Are you planning on making an independent film any time soon? A.) I'm hoping to sometime in the future, but for now i'm gonna' concentrate on small projects. Q.) Does it hurt stapling your chin? A.) Maybe. Q.) Why is your site called "Gentry's World" if you have a crew that helps you? Don't they get to pick the name too? A.) I wouldn't have any videos on this site if it wasn't for my crew and I believe they should have been able to pick the name of the site. However, I never meant for this site to become popular. I created it as just a simple little webpage for some stupid videos I made out of boredom. Well now that I have a decent sized fan base I believe its a little too late to change the name of the site to something different. Hell, does it even matter what the name is anyway? The content is what matters most. Besides, I made the website, wrote the movies, filmed the movies, and pretty much everything else you see here. So thats why its my world and not yours! Bitch! |
